John O’Halloran, Esq.

John O’Halloran, Esq., is an associate at the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lavin, P.C. In 1981, Mr. O’Halloran earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in politics at Galway University, Ireland, and in 1991, he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and graduated cum laude from Lehman College in New York City. Mr. O’Halloran subsequently received his Juris Doctor degree in 1995 from SUNY Buffalo Law School. He launched a solo law practice in Buffalo, New York, in 1996 before joining the Law Offices of Thomas J. Lavin in Bronx County in 1999. Since 1996, Mr. O’Halloran is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice in federal courts; Mr. O’Halloran was admitted to the U.S. District Court in the Western District of New York in 1996 and to the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York in the year 2000. Since 2006, Mr. O’Halloran is also a Solicitor in Ireland. He is a member of the Bronx County Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association of Justice, and the Law Society of Ireland.
